It sounds completely basic but it’s some of the best advice. Your skin is your
largest organ and you want to make sure it’s properly hydrated in order to
function optimally giving you your best skin possible.
EXFOLIATION
This is a step that is often ignored or over done. Proper exfoliation helps
increase your cell turnover and reveal brighter glowing skin.
DOUBLE CLEANSING
Double
cleansing is the best way to ensure your skin is properly cleansed. Your first
cleanse is going to remove makeup and “the day”. Your second cleanse will

This dynamic at-home chemical peel pad combines 4 unique and powerful acids (glycolic, salicylic, mandelic, and lactic acid) with soothing chamomile, green tea, and aloe vera to deliver immediately smoother, more luminous skin, a more refined texture, and a reduced appearance of pore size, fine lines, and wrinkles. Jan Marini Multi-Acid Resurfacing Pads are the perfect at-home peel for immediately brighter, smoother, glowing skin!
Apply the Jan Marini Multi-Acid Exfoliating Pads to clean dry skin. Using a pre-moistened pad, apply product to the entire face avoiding eyes and lower eyelids. Wait 10-15 minutes, then remove with tepid water and a wash cloth. For sensitive skin or during dry cool weather, reduce wait time to 3-5 minutes. Apply a JMSR moisturizer post application. Wait 2 days between each use of these glycolic acid wipes.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Order processing time is 1-5 business days for in-stock products. Most orders ship the same day if placed by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time Monday-Saturday. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, order processing time may be extended.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Pure Glow Spa provides shipping insurance free of charge for every order.
POST DELIVERY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR THEFT
Pure Glow Spa is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft to packages and contents that occurs after delivery. We recommend customers utilize a secure location to receive packages. We also recommend customers select the Signature Confirmation option at check out.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages that are undeliverable by the shipping carrier will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed by Pure Glow Spa. A $15 cancellation fee will be charged to the original form of payment by subtracting this fee from any refund if a package is undeliverable because of customer error, customer unavailability, or if customer prevents delivery of package.

What is the return policy?
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Pure Glow Spa is devoted to providing exceptional service with an extraordinary experience. If you ever decide to exchange an item for another item or return an item for a full refund, the item must be sealed, unopened, and in the original manufacture packaging. We will accept an exchange or a return within 30-days of receipt of the item. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to exchange or return an item.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEM
If you ever receive an incorrect item or a damaged item, customer must notify us within 30-days of receipt of the item and we will gladly send a replacement as soon as possible or we will gladly take the item back and refund you the full purchase price plus shipping costs.
